A grant application for assistance of $25,000 was submitted by Wisdom Marketing & Management Services and approved from Government to facilitate this project for this client.

This covers future search workshops, development of policies, assessment of strengths and weaknesses, future staffing demands to meet set targets. Dissection of sales by product mix and their potential contribution to future profits. Identifying new market opportunities and relevant products for future growth.
- Meat Exporter. Assessing overseas markets by visiting the country the products are exported to. Working on the ground with local resellers to develop a branding strategy that will ensure the brand dominates the market. Finding local suppliers of marketing materials to ease cost burden and empowering local staff to set their own marketing priorities.
- Major appliance manufacturer. Assisting this major client in developing a number of key national and international strategies to become a market leader in their field. Implementing a cooperative advertising program that raises sufficient revenues from key suppliers to publish a 125 page full colour catalogue (print run 15000). Continued assistance to all members of the Board in varying projects.
- Numerous retail clients. Many small enterprises from time to time grow beyond their expectations. Many need some guidance in making the entity grow without undue costs. In many cases this is solved by designing a media strategy that is affordable and relevant to the future direction of the business. All too often media is very reactive in its planning and often a strategic approach to planning an affordable and enduring campaign is the best approach. No point in taking on too much advertisng in one month and spend the next three or more trying to pay for it. Properly planned and relevant media is the most appropriate way for a business to grow.
