Training
The current economic crisis has created a massive demand for trained persons in the workforce. After a period of low unemployment regrettably, a period of high unemployment is now before us for what seems a long time to come.
Companies are looking at new market innovations to strike out new directions and finding that their potential customer base is demanding that products are manufactured by a skilled workforce. It has caught many companies by surprise as their traditional markets have contracted and have been satisfied with the status quo. New customers are not so forgiving and companies need to look at up-skilling, re-skilling their staff. It is a demanding time for employers.
